SnagIt by TechSmith is a great communication tool for website project management. It allows you to quickly take screenshots of a website with options for taking only small sections of the screen up to a full screen capture, you can set a time delay for capturing menus and other mouse actived actions of a website. You can then crop the screenshot as needed, add notes, arrows, etc...

SnagIt has a Skype add on that allows you to quickly send the screenshots via skype to anyone you are chatting with.
